1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and Strawbie, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Strawbie mobile application (the “App”).

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
By using the App, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

You may need to log in using Apple, Google, or another third-party service.
You agree to provide accurate and updated information and to keep your credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Voice & Data Usage

By using Strawbie, you explicitly consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data, including:

  • Voice input, chat data, and interactions used for personalized and memory-based features

  • Processing data for analytics, performance improvement, and bug resolution

  • Storing anonymized data for optional AI training and model enhancement
     

Users in jurisdictions such as the EU, UK, or California may have rights under applicable privacy laws (e.g., access, correction, deletion). We will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests within our technical capabilities.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We do not sell personally identifiable information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for illegal, abusive, or exploitative purposes

  • Reverse-engineer, interfere with, or damage the App

  • Upload deceptive, offensive, or harmful content

  • Attempt to impersonate another individual or entity

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App—including visual design, code, audio, and the Strawbie character—is the intellectual property of Strawbie, Inc.

You may not copy, distribute, or adapt any part of the App without prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
You may delete your account at any time, in which case all associated personal data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or suitability for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strawbie, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
The “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.
Continued use of the App after an update indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
